the location near Loch Lomond was stunning, and the cottage itself surpassed my expectations. the photos truly don't do it justice. Every room was immaculately clean and comfortable. the living-room/kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, complete with a cozy woodstove. the bedroom had a comfortable bed and ample wardrobe space. the modern bathroom was also a plus. Linda, the owner, was lovely and made sure we were settled in. I can't wait to return to this property whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommended. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

I always choose this place for my stay because it's perfect. Free Wi-Fi, parking, and kitchen utensils provided. At my first stay, the staff even helped me with a bottle of water at night. Can't wait to come back for another weekend getaway.

Lovely clean cottage in a great location for exploring. Greeted with drinks on arrival, free parking at nearby train station for easy access to Glasgow and Edinburgh. Nice places to walk and shop in surrounding areas. Plenty of extras provided including shower gel, washing up liquid, washing machine tablets, shortbread, and wine. Spacious living-room/kitchen with comfy sofa, woodstove, and widescreen TV with DVDs. Good access to Loch Lomond walks and Balloch Country Park. Adequate off-road parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this cosy cottage near Loch Lomond. the location was perfect, with only a 30, minute drive to Ben Lomond and just 10 minutes away from Balloch. It was also conveniently situated right off the Route 7 cycling route. the cottage itself exceeded my expectations , it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the well, equipped kitchen and washing machine were a plus. Linda, the owner, was incredibly lovely and made sure we had settled in. I can't wait to stay here again whenever I'm in the area. Cons: Almost perfect! 👌.

This incredible cottage exceeded all expectations! The double bed was unbelievably comfy, and we loved being able to relax outside in the seating area. Having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge was a great bonus. The cottage itself was incredibly spacious and decorated beautifully. Despite the tricky key box, everything else was perfect, from the good size shower to the stunning views. The large shared garden was a fantastic addition, and we really enjoyed using the picnic kit provided. The cottage heated up wonderfully and stayed warm throughout our stay. We also appreciated being able to bring our Alexa and use it in the well-equipped kitchen. The thoughtful touches, such as the included shower gel and biscuits, made us feel right at home. The cottage had everything we needed, from basic amenities to entertainment options like CDs and books. We felt incredibly comfortable and cozy during our stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and only a phone call away if we needed anything. We will definitely be recommending this cottage and would love to stay here again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Ben Lomond Cottage. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the cottage itself was beautifully upgraded with a traditional feel. The spacious lounge/diner was a highlight, and we loved cozying up by the woodburner. The location was also perfect, allowing us to easily explore the area.

We did experience a few minor issues. The shower was colder than we would have liked, which was also mentioned by a previous guest.
